COVID-19 Sanitary Rules And Guidelines
A Shared Responsibility

The health and safety of our participants, employees, partners and suppliers are our priority.

We have introduced strict rules and measures, in collaboration with the Palais des congrès de Montréal, to help keep you safe. We are fully committed to enforcing these measures, and we ask for your cooperation.

Vaccination Passport

According to provincial law, in effect since September 1, 2021, all in-person participants of the Forum must provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination with a QR code indicating the level of protection. Proof can be submitted in one of the following three ways:

  • On paper;
  • As a PDF file on a mobile device;
  • Using the VaxiCode app (in Québec only).

Furthermore, a photo ID will be required in addition to the proof of vaccination.

Only participants who have been vaccinated adequately will be able to attend the Forum in person.

Masks / Face Coverings

Participants must wear a mask or face covering when moving within the facility and specifically when:

  • Entering and exiting the facility;
  • Walking in the corridors;
  • Going to the washroom;
  • Taking an elevator;
  • Taking a break outside of the meeting room.

Participants may remove their mask when seated in the meeting room but must put it back on when getting up to move around.

Please be reminded that the face mask should be changed every 4 hours.

Wearing a face shield alone is insufficient. It must be worn with a mask.

Other Safety Guidelines

Please do not present yourself at the Forum if you have any of the following symptoms:

  • Onset or worsening of a cough;
  • Fever;
  • Difficulty breathing;
  • Sudden loss of the sense of smell without nasal congestions, with or without loss of taste.

Please respect a social distance of 1 metre from anyone else at all times.

Shaking hands, hugs and kisses are prohibited.

All individuals must limit their movements during the Forum as much as possible. A seat will be assigned to you for the duration of the event.

Any floor and door markings indicating the direction of traffic in aisles and corridors, as well as dedicated entrances and exists, must be respected.

Hands must be disinfected with the provided alcohol-based disinfecting gel when entering or returning to the meeting room.

During breaks, participants must exit the room in an orderly manner, maintaining a distance of 1 metre from anyone else.

Washroom capacity limits and physical distancing rules must be respected.

Sharing of documents, pens, pencils, computers, tablets and telephones with other participants should be avoided.

We thank all participants to dispose of their personal waste (empty coffee cups, papers, tissues, etc.) safely by putting them in the garbage cans at the exit of the room.

We thank you for your cooperation!
